So I canceled my monthly subscription January 16,2025 and have since been charged the full $40 on August 15,21,28, and September 4, 2025. These transactions came out of nowhere and I was given no receipt, except on my bank statement. Not only that, but the subscription claimed to be “monthly” only to charge me every week. So I redownloaded the app and tried to cancel my subscription through there, just to find a page that said they can’t do that and to go to the apple link they provided.
