Open Table makes no effort to confirm your reservation. Multiple incidents of the restaurant having no record of reservation upon arrival. They also have lots of out of business restaurants still listed on the app and you can still make reservations only to arrive to a boarded up business. There is no way to actually contact them. They do not stand behind their bookings and you the customer will be the one out of luck when the restaurant turns you away or is closed. We learned this when we arrived to a restaurant from out of town only for it to be closed when we arrived. This was for a large 7
