After decades of eating at Wendy’s, we are done. Wendy’s was the only fast food place my mom would go to. She passed years ago, but she and Dave would be disgusted at how the quality of food and service has diminished. This will fall on deaf ears, but I will say hearing they are closing restaurants actually makes me happy. Ours needs to be on that list. When they blatantly ignore the parents of a special needs child at the register, who just wanted to order a cookie, because they are trying to force customers to the drive through or app, it infuriates me. Please make this app functional! Search filters are atrocious. Example, when searching for women’s t-shirts, you need to add more filters, such as solid vs printed (waaay too many cheesy printed graphics), crew vs v neck, etc. Also, PLEASE fix the aggravating issue of when you look at an item and then arrow back, it scrolls alllll the way back to the top (NOT fun when you are already pages deep into the search) AND even more annoying, sometimes it removes your filters, even though they still show selected at the top. Also, when you choose to save an item in your cart for later, it disappears….
