I used to LOVE the convenience and functionality of the X1 card. Especially the ability to super easily create virtual and temporary card numbers in the app. I attached many important services and subscriptions to this card. Then my experience changed. I woke up to my charges getting declined. I went to the app to see what could be wrong. “Your account is on hold. You must provide additional security information”.
