Sorry, I didn’t want to write this review, but I kept thinking about it all night. I had a bad experience with Remitly’s service. Although the staff were patient, the process made me really upset. Actually, the process itself was not hard to go through, but it took me 3 hours because I couldn’t understand what the customer service representative was saying. I believe the problem was related to English skills, which made the whole process too long and complicated. However, I will add 2 more stars for Remitly because the money transfer itself was quite fast and the fees were not too high. I hop
