My experience with Hetal has been marked by unresolved payment issues and what appears to be retaliation after I raised good-faith concerns about unsafe or poorly coordinated job conditions. Communication and support have been inconsistent, and despite assurances of payment, my account was later suspended. I hope the company reviews its treatment of contractors and improves accountability going forward.
