Hetal is a great way to earn some extra money while shopping. Simply record store aisles while you’re already doing your shopping and we’ll get you paid up to $10 for 10 min! When you sign up, add your local stores (grocery, Target, etc.) and we’ll notify you when recording sessions are available to reserve. All videos must be taken with the Hetal app and must be high quality (i.e. not blurry) in order to be paid.

Waste of time
This app is a scam. I went to target and spent an hour in there trying to get the videos they wanted. First of all, $10 is not enough for how many videos they require you to take. Second, they denied a lot of my videos and one of them wouldn’t even upload because the aisle was so long that the video was too long I guess. I didn’t know this until I already left the store because it takes so long for the videos to upload. Third, it doesn’t let you use the zoom out feature on the camera so it’s impossible to capture the entire aisle in the shot! I thought going across the top half and then back a

Videos won’t upload on WiFi or cell
App repeatedly crashes, videos won’t upload on WiFi, select videos I record are lost after I leave the site. Makes it slow or impossible to earn. There is also no “n/a” or “no display present” option when the assigned items to video aren’t there. (E.g., brand xyz escape when there is no such endcap.) instead I have to video a random shelf that isn’t the thing bc there is no thing to video.

Too good to be true
The process of accepting a store & directions are great. Depending on how many aisles are needed, it should take about 25 minutes to an hour to finish one store.
Read the reviews before downloading the app** made the mistake of not doing that.
The first store is your trial run and once you’ve completed that store, they’re supposed to review your videos and process out your payment. On the app it says payout process should take 1-3 days after approval. The trial store did exactly that, it took 3 days from the day i completed the trial store. I’ve done 9 stores since then and it’s been 4 bus

I’m not sure if these reviews that others had posted informing that the pay is relatively easy and if the money does come because I have been waiting since December 8, 2025 for payment on one job and the other since December 3, 2025 and have received payments for neither one. I thought this was gonna be a good app to be a part of and had great opportunities, especially being there was multiple missions posted here close to the house but to go for 30 to 45 minutes with my six-year-old in a store to complete these job opportunities and then have to sit around and not get paid is complete and utt

My experience with Hetal has been marked by unresolved payment issues and what appears to be retaliation after I raised good-faith concerns about unsafe or poorly coordinated job conditions. Communication and support have been inconsistent, and despite assurances of payment, my account was later suspended. I hope the company reviews its treatment of contractors and improves accountability going forward.

I’m a gig worker instacart mainly, and while there is money to be made here it is far and few offers to do so. Offers pop Monday only and only a few will be within your actual area that you live in. More isles recorded more money made. Best offer i have received is doing 27 isles for $18. Simple easy process. Took about 30ish minutes (typically 1min per isle). Money takes about 4 days to receive. It does come !!! Venmo ONLY. Easy easy easy sign up process.

First of all, I love this app. I’ve been using it for 14 months and I look forward to making my reservations each week. The few times I had an issue (being asked to film an aisle that literally did not exist in that Target) customer service responds quickly! Like so quick that I’m in the store doing other aisles and there’s the reply.
A few things I would love:
1. I would really like to be a power user and able to reserve more than 3 reservations at a time. I think I’ve proven myself with 90+ reservations at this point!

I absolutely never expected this app to be so easy and you can make some good money if you are willing to go around to some stores. All you do is add your Venmo name and you get paid within a day or so. I forgot I even did it and then checked Venmo and my money was there. I am recommended this app to anyone who needs a quick buck. All I do is record store aisles they tell me to and then upload the videos and that’s it. My money follows up really quick.
