Not only are your services substandard now… but why force me to an app to communicate with my doctor, get my prescriptions, or anything else I need to do if I can’t do anything in the app because every time you want to do something it makes you leave the app and go to the internet! It’s like an extra step just to frustrate people!!! You’re not making it better you made it WORSE!!!! How?!?! How did you possible hit a new low?????????
