I had this app for about 8 years, I’m a conservative guy I don’t like changes lately they made changes to the app. Before I was able to get to the gym start a work out and add exercises as I went. Next day I would hit a button start workout add exercises and go, now you have to chose a plan and if you don’t want a plan you have to swipe go to setting and create a new workout. What’s bad about that the next they that workout it’s saved for you to do not again.
