This is a perfect example of what happens when the developer chooses some HTML framework to save themselves time instead of writing a native app. This app seems to work ok as long as you don’t ask much of it. I switched away from the app while text chatting with a Sonder employee and when I came back, there was no way to return to the chat. The chat field often ends up partially covered by the keyboard so you can’t see what you’re typing. Dialogs won’t always respond when you click the close widget. One dialog didn’t even have a close widget. You just have to eventually figure out that yo
