I love this app bc even though I don’t like running… I’m the type of person who goes with the flow and thrives off of encouragement. The app helps so much bc when I’m dying it says “half way there” 🤣🤣 which pushes me to finish and then just when I’m about to quit… it says “10 seconds left” and I know I can finish. That’s it. It’s simple and it helps get you to your goals. I notice my endurance growing and I can’t wait until I get to the last level 💯💪🏽
