By far the worst delivery app I have ever dealt with. Honestly, this has been a disastrous experience in every possible way. I was subscribed to their Pro service and paying extra expecting premium quality, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money and a total scam-like experience. Orders repeatedly arrive missing items or completely wrong, and they even charge you for products that were never delivered — which feels like outright theft. Delays are constant, and there is zero respect for delivery times. What’s even more frustrating is their customer service. Cold, careless responses
