Unfortunately, I have had an absolutely horrible experience with Ally Financial. I used this company to finance my car loan and never missed a payment. However, when I started the process of getting divorced, my attorney subpoenaed billing statements from Ally Financial as part of the discovery process. At this point, Ally Financial stopped sending my monthly bills, as part of some sort of "internal policy" that was never adequately explained to me.
