If you do not want to receive any notifications from the app it really punishes for turning them off within phone settings. It’s somewhat understandable, but the app should actually OPEN if one doesn’t have notifications on, and the app widget ESPECIALLY should still show data even if notifications are not on! Also, why wouldn’t there be a horizontal widget option? All you get is the 2x2 app block. For a graph, a horizontal view would allow for a much, MUCH better overview of trends over time while benefiting users of the feature significantly. Also, you can’t set time in the future for things
