If you have kids linked to your profile, the messaging system is a total mess. When I try to access messages for a particular person in my profile, it constantly shows my messages instead. This is clearly a bug, but it’s extremely irritating. In general, Kaiser Permanente’s messaging system is one of the weakest parts of the website and mobile app. There’s no centralized mailbox where all messages—whether from the care team or member services—can be viewed in one place.
