I hate having to go through all this trouble of making my own appointments this way! I wish it were as simple as calling in and making an appointment with the receptionist, that’s the way it SHOULD be! After all, if the receptionists don’t make cancel or reschedule appointments what’s the point in having them there at all? It was a complete pain getting the app then learning to navigate it, especially as I am not from this generation and have never truly ever been FORCED to have internet or wireless telephones.
