Everything I hoped it would be
Glad to finally be able to play this game any time, anywhere. Asynchronous multiplayer works well, with plenty of players so far. And the daily puzzles are the perfect way to pass the time waiting for other players. Especially love the “who can find the best clue” competition. Suggestions for future improvement: -Allow my unlocked briefcase words to enter the game, at least if all players have them unlocked -Find a way to reduce the wait for VIP missions -Music should not play if my phone is silenced

A good start for Rayark
I’ve been a Deemo fan for a long time, and between Deemo 2 content updates I’ve decided to check out the rest of Rayark’s back catalog. Cytus was first, and it has some flaws that were corrected in Deemo: specifically, there’s very little story, and the tapping doesn’t always feel connected to the music. Still, there are lots of songs, mostly of the dark instrumental variety I enjoy, at a low price.

First level isn’t fun
I find the same kinds of (mostly empty) rooms over and over again it’s easy until I try to move the crystal. Then I face an impossible gauntlet of enemies and die. I don’t have enough resources to buy many upgrades, as it seems I only produce resources when I open a door. Am I missing something? If so, it’s poorly explained. Terrible new player experience.

Please fix the AI
It’s a faithful adaptation of the board game with beautiful graphics. It would be an all-time favorite if not for one big problem: the Eyrie AI is utterly incompetent, even on hard difficulty, mainly because it fails to build roosts early in the game. I just played a game where everyone got 20+ VP, except the birds who got less than 5. This throws the game out of balance and ruins the fun.

Fun but too easy.
I got many hours of enjoyment from this game. Don’t let the low-budget graphics fool you; this is a serious RPG with plenty of depth and variety. Each of the classes feels different. The pursuit of that next permanent upgrade is satisfying. But as I progressed through the game, I found that after beating the first boss I could become ridiculously overpowered, and in the second dungeon nothing could even touch me (until an unfortunate accident...)This is especially noticeable for classes with ranged or knockback attacks and unlimited healing such as the wizard and berserker. The game is only

Trial and error
I loved Samorost 3 and Chuchel, and while this one has the same amazing art and world building, the puzzles are rather tedious and unintuitive. I decided to quit at the minecart and claw puzzle where I have to keep redoing the same action sequence every time I try something that doesn’t work. Sometimes I don’t even know to click something because there are no hotspots. Sure there are hints, but that defeats the purpose. I think the designers learned from their mistakes and made their later games better...

Easy but interesting
The latest update fixes the crash, so I can now complete the game. Thank you. I enjoyed the story and art, but this is much more an interactive storybook than a game. It’s completely linear, with a few obvious puzzles and decisions that don’t really matter. Still, it was suspenseful enough to keep me interested.

Delightful
What I love most about this game is that it’s impossible to know what’s coming next. Every scene is so bizarre and random. More an interactive cartoon than a game, but the laughs make it worth it.

Frustrating but worth it
Incredibly beautiful world and music. I appreciate the open world design. The haptic vibration is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the controls do not feel completely precise. As a result, I sometimes died needlessly and had to repeat several minutes of progress. Also, navigation is so vague that I occasionally got lost. I did finally manage to beat the game though. Overall, a worthwhile purchase for those who like action RPGs and don’t mind difficulty.

Overrated
This game has some beautiful art and music, but in the end it feels like random puzzles stitched together without much of a point. Some of the puzzles are too easy, and some are punishingly difficult. The Skip button was a welcome addition. Overall, it’s an experiment that has some interesting moments but is ultimately not for me.

Not for me
I loved A Dark Room and Universal Paperclips, so thought I would try this. Unfortunately, I am not having enough fun to continue. This game keeps unlocking more and more resources to keep track of, but all this complexity does not add enough depth as the rules are always the same: get resources, build everything. A story would make things better, but if there is one I haven’t found it after two hours. If you like heavy resource management games you might like this, but to me it feels more like a chore.

I don’t usually like platformers...
...and I still love this game. It is NOT an action RPG as I originally expected. Every level is a puzzle that requires slow, careful planning with no room for mistakes. But the levels are bite-sized, eliminating most of the frustration from dying. So far, it has just the right level of difficulty. The feeling of discovering a new secret every time I play is addictive. UPDATE: The third stage is much more punishingly difficult than the first two. I don’t have time to repeat a level 10 times, so I’m quitting.

Needs more
It’s a great idea. Beautiful, relaxing, and mesmerizing. But most levels are very simple, usually focusing on only one mechanic at a time. I wish there were more levels that combined mechanics in clever ways and completely filled the screen. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, a sandbox mode would be fantastic.

Absolutely brilliant; big balance issue
Quick pace, interesting decisions, long-term progress, no predatory IAP; and most importantly, it’s fun! Deserves all the hype and more. Except: it’s really not cool when I’m at full health and the enemy kills me in one turn (two Zaps). If I fail, it should be at least partly because of my own decisions. Also, it would be great if there were more cards to purchase with gems...

Addicted already
This might be my favorite incremental ever. The ability to change the price adds so much depth compared to most idle games. Pacing is perfect. Story is interesting. Note: this is the real game, the other search results are ripoffs!
