I’ve been a card holder since shortly before they left ‘beta’. I’ve really never had an issue. I’ve had to contact support a few times for questions regarding promos or my account, and they have been helpful and decent. Having the text chat is super nice as it is fast. I have not had any issues with credit limits or billing after the sell to Robinhood either. I’m not the biggest fan of how they monetize the product now. For example, you have to pay monthly to have an auth user with access to the app and credit reporting… otherwise they only get a card This isn’t really BAD, as it is on par
