I honestly don’t know how this app has positive reviews. Bark promises to help parents monitor and protect their kids online, but in reality it feels half-baked. The setup process is a nightmare—confusing, glitchy, and constantly requiring me to “re-authenticate” accounts. Even after all that, it missed obvious things in my child’s texts and flagged random harmless content instead. Notifications are either nonexistent or so overwhelming that they’re useless. The dashboard looks like it was designed 10 years ago, and trying to navigate through it is exhausting. Customer support? Basically copy
