I like to use food apps, in general, because it makes the process of ordering food easier; however, Wendy’s app has the most tweaks that need to be made. It’s simple stuff, but affects my ordering process. For example when I order the Cheeseburger Meal Deal (my daughter’s favorite) it doesn’t allow you to choose “no ice” there’s no ice option at all for this meal. Also with ketchup, it only allows you to put “one ketchup packet” in your cart per meal. This wouldn’t be so much of a problem if the employees were more understanding.
