I recently booked an appointment to get my meds refilled. The phone call I got never made my phone ring because their phone number they use to mass dial is in a spam registry. I missed the call and was charged a miss appointment fee. I could not just ‘call back’ because their phone number call back number took me to their customer service, not the doctor. I called and complained and was refunded.
