I had to cancel my order because the restaurant called me directly to say they didn’t have what I ordered. Since I paid by Visa, I wasn’t offered a refund — only a substitution at a lower value with no option to return the difference. Worse, the app gives me no way to cancel, contact support, or speak to a human being. I’m now stuck with an incomplete order and no refund. This is completely unacceptable. An app that takes money and refuses to offer basic customer support is not just bad — it’s irresponsible.
