MyChart apparently can’t figure out how to mark something paid. It’s only been since October 2025 trying to get an admission paid to be told payment was returned, nope not the case! The patients bank even said the money left the account but apparently the facility didn’t finish pulling from their end so the bank pulled back the money! Then we set up smaller payments with the hospital only to get a call that they had an issue there to! Um, no other business we pay has any issues, so apparently again it’s this facility! So, I next mail a physical check to this provider, they admitted in emails t
