When the app works, it is easy to use. When it doesn’t work, which is most times, there is little to no guidance on how to fix it. On a rare occasion, it works if you reinstall and reset everything up, but most times it connects to the camera but won’t transfer images to a smartphone. I keep having to resort to using my desktop to connect. This is very annoying when on vacation and wanting to manage images but can’t because-shocker-I don’t bring my desktop computer with me every where I go.
