Kiva is expensive

The functionality of the app will now logged on is as expected. My problem arises from the inconsistency in being able to access the app. One day facial recognition works and the next day it wants a password. This happens repeatedly. If you update the app sometimes facial recognition works and other times you have to use a password. I don’t have passwords memorized! If B of A or Schwab or my credit union can figure it out, can’t Goldman engineers too? It’s not worth the hassle to have the app on your phone because you never know if it will open
