You should be allowed to cancel an order on the app. Instead you have to call a one 800 number and then wait weeks to get your money back. And the process of getting through to an actual human through the one 800 number is a nightmare. But none of this would even matter if they use location services and updated the app based off of where you were so you didn't accidentally order at a location that you're nowhere near which is exactly Why I had to cancel my order which is why I had to call customer service and I still haven't gotten my money back.
