You call for customer support because their app is not working and make you go through 20 questions before they will reset your home location for you. Why do I have to spend 20 minutes on the phone to do this? And why can they do it on the phone and won’t let the app just do it automatically? Plus, their support people talk down to you, are rude and not helpful. Update: how is it that this app is so inferior??? You cannot watch a show while it is recording, you have to wait until the program is over. And when you record something and then go to watch it, it starts at some random point. Re
