Horrible service from every restaurant I’ve ordered from through this app. It’s almost like they don’t even look at the order until you show up and tell them you ordered. Not sure why there’s a wait time to pickup they don’t start packing it until you show up. My daughter currently has been waiting over an hour for an order I placed on this app and the store has their phone turned off. I would write it off as a bad day but every time I order from it it’s a disaster. I blame horrible management, even when I go in without the app the waits are long and more times than not the order is wrong. Wha
