I’ve been with this bank from the beginning. The savings account interest rate is what caught my eye. I’ve had few interactions with customer service, but when I did they were patient, friendly, and resolved my concerns. They don’t have physical branches, but I’ve never had an issue with that. Money transfers take 24 hours which is enough time for me.
