I’m fairly new to this app and I’ve only placed a handful of orders. I placed an order from a store that ended up being closed. I never received my order. The driver wouldn’t cancel so I could get my refund. For three and four drivers later the app would tell me someone was picking up my order. The last driver I begged him to cancel it, but I think it just timed out. I spent a better portion of that three hours trying to get help with no avail. They had my money I didn’t get my order and no one would help me for 3 hours. In what world is that OK? I should mention that that happened one time
