UPDATE: Where’s the new update? There has been a notice in the Messages tab on the app since end of summer that they were updating to a new login. It specifically mentions dates the end of September but now we’re into the end of November and patients here in SWPA - the heart of UPMC - are still waiting to see this new portal come to fruition. | I have had continual problems with receiving notifications and emails from this app. I missed the opportunity to have a video visit last week bc of this. I have emailed support several times now with photos of my settings and details about it my phone e
