This app charges exorbitant amounts for credits to text and make phone calls. Then when you buy credits you have to buy a subscription to “own” a number. Customer service is horrible as well. Sometimes takes days to respond and they always want a screen shot even though it seems all of the issues are the same. Says I have a monthly subscription for a number, but was on a different account. No one could tell me how to switch accounts, and I couldn’t buy another number. Finally resolved issue after TWO weeks.
