I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service and refund policy. An $80 charge was made through their app as the result of an accidental purchase by a child, and despite reaching out promptly and explaining the situation, they refused to issue a refund. It’s frustrating to see such a rigid policy applied in a situation that clearly involves a genuine mistake especially one involving a minor.
