I only did 5 stars so the developer of this game could see this. I got this game thinking it was free but it actually makes you pay for the whole game. This was really disappointing for me because I always see all these ads promoting this game and it looked sooo fun. I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service and refund policy. An $80 charge was made through their app as the result of an accidental purchase by a child, and despite reaching out promptly and explaining the situation, they refused to issue a refund. It’s frustrating to see such a rigid policy applied in a situation that clearly involves a genuine mistake especially one involving a minor. I have in app purchases turned off, and somehow this game has charged me almost $100 in random purchases, one of them on a day my daughter wasn’t even playing it. And apple will not refund the purchases, even though they were made without my consent and my daughter has not even used the items that were purchased. I’ve deleted the game. It’s bull***t that they constantly prompt children to make purchases every few minutes when they play this game. It’s criminal, and I hope whoever is in charge of this has a miserable existence.

When you pick a cat at the start you have to pay 10$ just to play and you cant even say no to it. yes it says cancel anytime but you should atleast be able to play and not have to pay to take care of a virtual cat. like atleast lower the price, i can easily play Peridot without havibg to play and its a great game. you dont have to pau money to take care of a Dot. Good but 1 problem
Let’s start with the good aspects of this game: The AR mode is great, love how you can give your kitty belly rubs, tap your kitty to bonk them, brush their teeth, give them showers, and crack fleas. Now, I only gave it four stars because of a problem I’m experiencing. I log into the game, it gives me an offer, I say no, and when I get to the screen with my kitty on it, it’s slightly darker, and when I try to tap something, it doesn’t register. I just tap everything, but nothing works.

So I downloaded this game because I was seeing it a lot on ads and I figured I’d give it a try. That was one of the smartest moves in my life.
