Justified Whiner

After spending 3 Hours waiting for a scheduled delivery I called the Customer Service Center. I was told that my package was delayed but would be delivered today. I requested that they contact the driver to confirm they grudgingly agreed and said this would take up to an hour and that I would receive a call. After yet another hour I called again and was told it would be delivered by end of business I requested to speak with a supervisor and was then told that the package was not out for delivery and would not be delivered until Monday.
