I absolutely love the Hallmark Channel offerings. However, the app is the pits. I was subscribing via prime and notice any hallmark offerings were very slow to load and very glitchy. So I paid for a year sub subscription to the Hallmark+ app. If I pause, I get an error message and need to log back in often times it tells me that the app is only available in the US and it won’t let me login at all (I reside in the US), it’s even slower to load than on prime, and often the video and audio are out of sync. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times and the problems continue please fix the
