Wish I had never purchased these or the Phantom speaker. Earbuds drained on power quick within three months of purchase. The app is unreliable. The sound (when they work) is good, but not $500 good. The noise cancellation is slightly above average. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Return them now. They will fail you repeatedly and you will get no help. Save your box!
