Best TWS earbuds!
They beat my skeptical Bluetooth expectations handily. The app works perfectly! No connection issues and I can go anywhere in my house without any loss of signal. The updates have solved any issues stated by others. Pair them with a Questyle dongle and you get hi-res sound when connected to any hi-res music app.

Sound Quality Can’t Make Up for Flaws
The product has several limitations that make it frustrating to use. It does not remember the volume settings, and under certain conditions, one earbud often fails to connect. Reconnecting both earbuds can take multiple attempts before they work properly. The app also has restrictions, since you cannot check software or settings unless the device is connected. Another issue is the battery reporting, which is inconsistent. At times it will show 46% and then lees than a minute later report 100%, which reduces trust in both the product and its support. Wish I had never purchased these or the Phantom speaker. Earbuds drained on power quick within three months of purchase. The app is unreliable. The sound (when they work) is good, but not $500 good. The noise cancellation is slightly above average. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Return them now. They will fail you repeatedly and you will get no help. Not overly impressed
I was expected to be blown away by a $500 set of earbuds. Unfortunately, I wasn’t. And even trying to do a dictation from the microphone to do this text is a friend because the voice isn’t that great I’ll be sending the earbuds back. They sound like regular earbuds not $500 earbuds. the noise cancellation isn’t the best and also they can stay connected after you put them in the case and close the case. I put them on and they were dead because of it again this is not what I expected from my $500 pair earbuds. I ended up taking back and I got a Bose ultra comfort earbuds instead that sound.

Gemini II sounds but has firmware issues
I had the first version of these earbuds and liked them so much that I then bought the second version. They sound incredible. I hear much more nuance with these earbuds than any other buds or cans I’ve tried. I own a lot of different pairs and I’ve never heard such a well defined sound stage. You will likely need to roll off a decent amount of high end to avoid ear strain even at modest volumes. There is a problem with the with what I’m guessing is the noise cancellation algorithm in the firmware. Any small click or clinking sound in your environment makes the earbuds fail. This happens in n

I have just about every current model Of med-high end earbuds and these are unreal. Bowers p7, beo play ex, sennheiser, Bose, status audio etc… noise cancellation beats them all. One thing is certain, a high price does not guarantee a quality product. The most expensive pair i own are arguably the worst sounding and cheapest build quality… that being said, these check all or the boxes. Sound is nothing short of spectacular. Only drawback is battery life could be better. They have a new updated version out now that i plan on buying.. you simply can’t go wrong.

Very easy to navigate, control and customize. Everything is at your fingertips, the firmware was updated automatically and I was back in business in less than two minutes. All the controls are clearly and strategically placed so that is easy to find what you are looking for without losing any time. I really wanted to like these headphones because the noise cancellation on them is superb! Everything else needs a lot of improvement. Most of the time, they don’t charge when they’re placed in the case. I have constant problems connecting them to my phone or iPad. They need to improve on their apps (plural). I can’t connect to my iPhone easily, the sound bar can’t connect to my projector easily. The tree speaker took 30min to connect. For how costly these devices are, you should get your bluetooth and software upgraded. I love the tree speaker, amazing sound (which wasn’t even on the survey when sent via email), but these apps and connections really downgrade the quality. While early adopters may have downgraded their ratings due to firmware bugs, etc. at the launch of the product, Devialet once again delivers a far superior sounding product than anything else on the market. Whatever was written in early reviews and ratings has been resolved. Do not let the size of these earbuds deceive you. The depth of sound across the spectrum is spectacular. These should not have been released
I have a phantom and love it so I naturally ordered these buds. They have not worked well since day one. They don’t connect to my iPhone without issue. One bud losses all its charge. I am unable to update the firmware and there are errors when I try to do so. I am not sure if the left bud simple does not hit the contacts correctly. But after charging it over night yesterday. I find that the left bud has zero charge today. I was charging it to update the firm ware but since it’s not charged I must wait. I jumped the gun on these headphones because I love the brand, but both these headphones and the phantom have trouble connecting to my phone. App doesn’t know when headphones are in or out of the case, there are dead ends in the app experience without explanation (like when trying to install an update), some of the content in the webview is in French and table layouts are broken. Took me about 3 hours and multiple failures (and an app crash) to set up the headphones. Great sound, not so great digital experience.

App won’t find the headphones with them open next to it. The app won’t update the headphones once they do find them in the app, and no audio comes from the headphones when connected, it comes from my phone speaker. Wondering why my AirPods work/connect so much better?
