Made a transfer to Brazil from USA, from myself to myself they requested 1 pay stub, tax return information, a 4 page form from the Brazil bank, that 90% of it did not apply to me since I’m not from Brazil. Also I only knew I had to send something because I would contact them directly, otherwise I would still be waiting. Yet they continue to send advertisement emails but can’t send what they actually need when a transfer is on hold.
