Bose abandons customers
I am extremely disappointed with Bose and the decision to effectively abandon SoundTouch customers. I invested heavily in the Bose ecosystem over the years because I trusted the brand, recommended it to friends and family, and believed Bose cared about long-term customer experience. Apparently profits matter more than loyal customers. The removal and lack of continued support for the SoundTouch app has turned expensive premium speakers into a frustrating experience.
