The entire audi connect platform has been a miserable experience from the moment I bought my first audi. Each time I get a new car I find out how much worse the system has gotten. Just trying to purchase a subscription for junk that should always work on a car has been terrible. The app redirects to a page which fails multiple times. Once it lands on the correct page is requests updated profile information. After crashing a few times I was finally able to update my info but apparently the information in the linked pop up page did not pass through to the app so I had to update on anothe
