At a gas station near the Calgary airport I tried to submit. It said something like “are you really at the airport?” so I did not submit. Then I tried to submit while in the airport just before going through customs. It got stuck in a processing state. The airport was very uncrowded. I went in the ‘mobile passport control’ line. The CBP guy who dealt with me chided me for going in that line, since my submission had not gone through.
