For as large as this bank is, it lacks innovation and can’t keep up with the times. With the online app, you can’t pay extra on your car loan or pay it off. You can’t pay off or pay extra on your HLOC or mortgage either. It doesn’t show credits from your PNC credit card rewards. You’re unable to pay a car note from an outside source bank. Simple things you can do and access but most of the time they force you to run into the bank. It’s 2024 not 1984. So many other banks make it easy to bank online but NOT PNC! Wife and I have a 840 credit score and for us to get a HLOC loan they took 2 months
