I was sent for labs and was told they would be ready in 24 hours. In a few days I received an email that said labs were ready but the app and on line show nothing new. It’s been 5 days now and they said labs were sent to the provider but their office hadn’t received them. We can supposedly get results in several more days. Totally useless and untimely! I ended up in the hospital. I won’t go there again. I will delete the app if I ever get results
