Still needs work

The display is nice. The issues is that you have to manually login every time you use it. C’mon, add biometric logins. And what’d be great would be to line up scores year by year to see if you’ve improved or gotten worse. You have to go into last year, memorize the score on one test, then close it and open this year and find the new score. Up or down? It’s up to you.

It takes this lab a generation to get anything confirmed. I don’t know why it takes them so long, but one would think it would have better systems and processes in place. Someone should develop or start a new system that competes with LabCorp because why it takes anyone more than five business days to complete a task is beyond words.

Overall good, but a bit confusing when you have multiple pending lab results. Also ordering exams is problematic when you have multiple duplicate exams between different order sets. The system does not automatically cancel those duplicated exams and it results in your phlebotomist taking extra vials

I don't see any results.

LabCorp has a very slow turnaround or getting lab results. I have had a UTI for three weeks and still have not gotten results from a lab culture. I think it's ridiculous. They send everything to Dublin Ohio from Fort Wayne, Indiana and it takes weeks to get results. Meanwhile, I am suffering and am very ill and about to go to the ER. I would never recommend LabCorp to anybody. Terrible terrible service.

Crashed my phone, Get rid of the gen ai stuff!

Where I used to be able to just read my results when they came in, there is now a ton of useless AI stuff that offers to read and interpret my results for me. I don’t want my data being fed into some random ai, and I definitely don’t want a glorified autocorrect trying to interpret my medical data. I have complex health issues that need consistent managing- I can’t take a risk that it’s gonna interpret something incorrectly. Stop pushing generative ai where it’s not wanted or needed!

On opening the app a system notification informed me the labcorp app recorded my age range without a prompt for permission. I do not consent and deleted the app immediately. The old version of the app made it easy to search for specific lab results. The web browser still has this feature and is quick. The app has only an AI search that is extremely slow. This makes the user experience in the app far inferior to the web browser portal experience.

Not so great enhancement

The previous app was much easier to navigate and use efficiently. It also won’t start up if you’re using a VPN for safety reasons. The app is sluggish and not helpful. Will get lab results instead through provider portals versus here. The Quest app is also friendlier for self purchase labs.

The UX of the app isn’t great. Too many taps/steps required to do most obvious things: view results, make appointment, see upcoming appointments. That should be on the main screen. Totally useless app and company

I was sent for labs and was told they would be ready in 24 hours. In a few days I received an email that said labs were ready but the app and on line show nothing new. It’s been 5 days now and they said labs were sent to the provider but their office hadn’t received them. We can supposedly get results in several more days. Totally useless and untimely! I ended up in the hospital. I won’t go there again. I will delete the app if I ever get results
