I do love Firestone but the whole appt thing in the app stinks for the most part. Why can’t it just let us schedule? It sees what’s on the books of the store but yet we only can request the appt. Then someone walks in before we get there, they get waited on and we get a call to reschedule. I understand breakdowns but they should have to wait until after the appt that was made!
