The only thing I can do in this app is make an appointment. Service history doesn’t update. Every time I try I get an error message. I’ve been trying to delete a vehicle I don’t have anymore and it won’t delete.

I do love Firestone but the whole appt thing in the app stinks for the most part. Why can’t it just let us schedule? It sees what’s on the books of the store but yet we only can request the appt. Then someone walks in before we get there, they get waited on and we get a call to reschedule. I understand breakdowns but they should have to wait until after the appt that was made!

I want to like this app but it’s not intuitively designed. Your preferred store is not saved. Prices for services such as wheel alignment are not shown so you have to schedule a service without knowing what the price will be. Options are not shown for one/three/lifetime wheel alignments. The price on the app for a new set of tires does not match the quote gotten in store for the same tires because it adds in items not listed on the store quote and there’s no way to remove them. It’s really a rather frustrating app.

The app is great for scheduling service, tracking things that I need to do however, I haven’t been able to remove any of the vehicles I’ve owned! Every time that I click on that option, it tells me that an “error occur”.
I have three cars that I NO LONGER OWN in the app.
