This app is just bad. This is what happens when corporations buy out vet offices and try to “streamline” things with clunky processes. I don’t know if the vet offices need more education about how to work with it or if the app itself is just poorly thought out. Like the whole purpose of the app is to house pet and vet information but it relies entirely upon the pet owner to enter it, completely defeating the purpose. And the appointment feature only has a couple of options with no ability to add notes for the provider? Like what is this? How is this at all useful?
