There are obviously pluses and minuses to using Family Search. They have lots of great records, but then also erroneous records we can’t correct. My FIL died in 2017, but shows the obituary was published in 2022, which I assure you we did not publish that late. Maybe the newspaper made an error? His name is intermingled with the funeral homes name in the record though! Such careless mistakes and no edit function. While it did beat me twice, it could have been a lot more challenging by making smart moves. It wastes move on moving within home when it has pieces on the other side of the board waiting to move home and does this several times. Or moves within home when it could be removing pieces from the board, which allows me to win. It’s not fun if it’s not challenging.
