Do. Not. Buy. This. App
My daughter deleted the app entirely from her iPhone and it took weeks to get a notification from Bark. The customer service is non existent. Upon further exploration, I learned that the app does not work well with Apple devices per a notification from Bark. Why do they not tell you this upfront? Because they want your $100 subscription fee. Which would need to be refunded through Apple. Who does not offer a refund. Our family is now without the service or our $100. It is unfortunate that this company would prey upon families seeking to protect their children from inappropriate material onlin
